I was having a hard thought on the unstable economy and its traits, fortunately, I remember I had a college economics teacher who taught me a lesson when I was 19 years old. That lesson was: you can't buy something else for every purchase you make. Having multiple sources of income is prudent, as is living within your means. I have a 10 year old vehicle because it's all I need. I like it, and I can do whatever I want with it. My net worth is $4million and I can pay my bills without stress, but I don't live like I have that. I have no complaints.

It's about diversification. If you. go by this - you will never invest in stocks as 8% returns of NPC in dollar terms is great. But is that good over next 20 years? or how much confidence you have on NPC - this is the question you must ask yourself before deciding on any investment.

I have invest 25k in get stake, and getting 100 aed per month as rental income, which is 1200 per year, however if I buy a studio flat in Dubai, which will cost 250k-310k (roughly 10x the investment made in stake), the rental will be 32k-36k per year, if I deduct maintenance charges around 8000, I will still take home more than double if rental income which I could have take from stake.

Yes everyone doesn't have 300k Plus don't just think u will rent it out U have to search really hard to find tenant and if tenant is bad they will not pay then you do case then it goes for a year just want to say there is alot of headache but most importantly is to ha ve 300k in the savings

Sir my comment is not related to topic of the video. However, it is regarding a doubt that i have. Last year i had opened Almeezan account and occasionally saving there for rainy days. Recently i thought i should go directly to stock market instead of index fund like almeezan Islamic Fund (KMI 30 Index) for that reason I opened account in Ktrade (cdc, nccpl) etc. My question is can i invest in Ktrade for a long term?? Can i trust it like Almeezan?? Kindly guide me in this regard, please. I shall be very thankful.

How about using leverage when investing in stocks. As you might be aware that S&P 500 and Nasdaq 100 both are currently in bull market and going with good momentum. Please consider this topic next time. Leverage investing in blue chip stocks. 👍
