Lol, the slight head tilt thing just becomes instinctive when one has long locks to keep them out of one's eyes, naturally. I used to do it myself without noticing when my hair was longer. Nothing wrong with it, you always seem so self-aware and naturally beautiful, Kristina.

Thank you SO much for the inspiration, the information, love and care and detailed thought that you put into everything. You are helping me change my life! I have been sick with extremely debilitating chronic fatigue syndrome and fibromyalgia, and finding raw has been the best thing I have ever done. IT's inspiring me on all levels of my life, and I have been blossoming again. Looking forward to being extraordinary! I hope to someday come visit you! Thank you for EVERYTHING. Love your stuff, who you are and what your about. You've got it right girl! Love and hugs from Cape Town, South Africa :) x x x

Folks.... Take a look at her backround. Look it up. This girls one who's truly making a difference in the life mission that she's been given. Read up about her. I sort of did this by accident and was pleasantly surprised. Her videos are spot on. She is one of the best you tube presenters I have ever had the privilege of listening to. Spontaneous, factual, helpful. Very inspiring! Keep producing the good work Kristina!

I haven't been to the grocery store in literally a LONG time. The reason is that I get all of my food from Rawfully Organic, and you can visit the site from the links above. I recommend finding a co-op or a farmer's market or buying your produce in bulk from the store. :) I buy by the case typically! :)

I think someone should start a reality show based on eating raw organic foods. Kristina, you said you lived with 6 other people that eat raw like you. What if you started a reality show based on how you guys live, what you do in a day, what you eat and have challenges that give you more opportunities. Just an idea, but one show that I would watch consistently, something that is a teaching reality show instead of all the stupid reality shows on T.V. now.

@RawfullyOrganic Can also use banana hangers...allows them to ripen more evenly w/o bruising. Don't refrigerate...and keep away from other produce, if possible. Sunlight makes them ripen faster, shade, slower. Plastic bag around them slower, no bag faster. That's my experience. :) Also, ripe bananas have brown spots and no green on stems.

yeah, that's true... it's why I line the containers with paper towels, which also seem to keep the produce crisp and fresh and green for a longer time. I don't know how I would store the volume of produce I buy each week at the Farmers' Market in glass.... do they make containers that big?

I stopped plastic bagging my greens when I realized food should never touch plastic, especially thin plastic, like wrap and produce bags. I bought some BPA free plastic storage containers that are big enough to place about 4-5 bunches of celery. I line them each week in non-chlorinated paper towels. I find that four of these containers stack nicely on each shelf. My green leafy veggies, parsley, herbs, sprouts, & cukes all stay So Fresh and Green! I used to lose greens in plastic bags - no more!

can't you freeze the berries so it will give you more room in the fridge and also will keep longer too

I wrap my greens in a damp paper towel and put it back in the plastic bag, it keeps it good for so long, it's really the best storage tip I've ever gotten. But it's not necessary if you expect to eat it really fast. Anyway... what do you do about fruit flies??? When I have a lot of fruit out I ALWAYS get a billion fruit flies.
