That's just it...whenever someone is considered too "extreme" with their lifestyle,other people will always try to find some flaw to validate their own mess. I'm not a vegan or vegetarian either but I watch her because she has a knowlegde about a raw lifestyle that I don't.

Hey Kristina! I made this recipe for a few friends that were interested in learning about becoming vegans and we all loved it! We sat around and talked about being healthy and making positive changes and I just wanted to say thanks for being part of that! I alos posted a link to this video on reddit for you!

I have yet to try this. As a lasagna lover, I don't see how cilandro (more of a Latin American thing, not really an Italian one) comes into play, so I plan to remove that ingredient and add Sweet Italian basil and a bit of oregano. Otherwise, what a great alternative to using pasta, which I love, but want to get away from. Thanks for this recipe, beautiful dish. The presentation is awesome!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE YOU!!!!! And I mean that in a health conscious and brotherly way. My name is Tony Mitchell and I am an African American Father of three wonderful kids living in Syracuse, NY. I was recently diagnosed with Hypertension and made the decision to stop eating cooked foods, exercise daily and go completely RAW. It's been a month now and my blood pressure is great, when I saw your recipes it nearly made we wanna cry, I can eat great tasting foods and still be very healthy! Thank you!

Just tried this yesterday - REALLY GOOD. I made one change: salted the zucchini "noodles" both sides and put them in a colander to drain for 20 minutes; this softened them up a bit. Then I rinsed the salt off and paper toweled them before continuing with "construction" of the lasagna. I will definitely make this again - maybe for some "skeptics." :-) P.S. I used sunflower seeds due to no pine nuts - not as soft, but still good. Thanks for the recipe Kristina!

Add more pine nuts to the "cheese" - or add in some sundried tomatoes in oil or some sundried dates to the tomato sauce. :)

When I get around to it I'll bake it just enough so that it's warm, maybe not strain the tomato juice. That would probably make transitioning a lot easier. Thanks again for your videos. They're a lot of help.

This needs a little bit heat. So I put half of an jalapeño in the marinara sauce and the lemon juice. The sauce needs to drip at least an hour in the sieve to be less juicy. I used a lot of the zucchini cheese because I love it. I like this vegan lasagna. But my two girls didn't. My hubby ate it but wouldn't want me to offer it again. Great for me I got to enjoy it three days because I can't eat as much as Kristina. I use sunflower seeds because they are less expensive and don't affect the thyroid. Thank you Kristina. Hugs.

Always love your recipes Kristina. I'm going to try and make this one soon. Hopefully I will be Fully Raw Vegan 801010 soon, I keep trying but by dinner I give in, so I'm about 80% raw low fat to no fat and then dinner is usually either steamed low fat or real binge on higher fat vegan food. if you eat all raw, what do you do with your stove , oven and microwave?
@squirrel_of_mistri856510 жыл бұрын
Nothing. Leave them in your house so that the slobs who buy your house can cook pizza rolls, bagel bites, tater tots, and other processed garbage that accelerates the disease process.
@101swoop10110 жыл бұрын
You can still use the stove and oven to slightly heat stuff (not cook), melt, and dehydrate stuff. You can defrost stuff in the microwave too. And Idk how she feels about steaming (since she's 100% raw), but that's another option. However, more than likely, it's just decoration and stays untouched :)

I would say it doesn’t matter if your veg “noodles” fit the length/width of your pan, you can always cut them to size. With any pieces that are left over can be used julienned up for a veg “noodle” salad or just tossed in with a regular leaf lettuce salad for something crunchy. To make your lasagna cut serve easier, don’t let the bottom layer bend along the sides like she did, and I would crisscross the first “noodle” layer for stability. It will also make it easier to cut into servable pieces if the “noodle” piece line up as evenly as you can get them....that’s how it works with regular lasagna.

hihi, I live as a student in the Netherlands! But I´m introducing more raw stuff in my diet and its so great! Here in city´s in the Netherlands the best thing to do is going to the market for fruits and vegetables. The market people ask very different prices for their foods :) And especially blenders make live soo much better!
