Easy ROSETTE Cake Tutorial | How to make a Rosette cake | Buttercream rosette cake

In this video you will see how to pipe the prettiest rosettes with buttercream! See how quick and simple it is to make this cake design. I used Swiss Meringue Buttercream however you can use whichever buttercream you prefer! The piping tip used is Ateco#825, this is similar to Wilton 1M. The piping bag is a 12" disposable bag by TMP(Truly Mad Plastics). The cake in the video is 8" and about 6" in height.

@@caketoppedwithlove7518 thank you! Is your pan 8”x4”? Mine is 9”x4” and I’m trying to figure out if I’d need more than that!

It was 8” wide the cake and about 5-6” in height. It really depends how hard you squeeze out the buttercream which can affect the amount used. I would recommend to make more then you think you need and if you have extra you can always freeze for your next cake!
