Made these just after the premiere. They're so easy and tasty! Minimal ingredients and maximum flavor. The easiest donut recipe I've ever made. Thank you, Sensei!🙇♀

I know sata antagi but never attempted to eat. Brown sugar made in this beautiful and southmost islands is just amazing🌺🏝! Chin su kou(short biscuits) is popular Okinawan souvenir!!

They make a lot of amazing sweets from kokutou in Okinawa. Another one of my favorites is a steamed bun that's so fluffy and chewy.

I just made these today. They were delicious! Do you have any tips on how to regulate the gas burner to keep the oil at 340 degrees? I need to get a thermometer that clips to the side of the pan instead of the pen version I have. Thanks for sharing your recipe!

I'm so happy to hear you enjoyed these! A clip on thermometer is probably the best way. My stove has sensors that lets me set a specific temperature which is how I do it.

Don't do well with caffeine, so I'm a coffee novice. Didn't start drinking it regularly until 2 years ago.
