I hadn't played the sax in 25 years. I watched this video from Jimmy Sax when it first dropped. I bought a horn the next day and have been playing ever since. He just looked like he was having so much fun on that song.

Hi, why do some people get out of breath and dizzy when playing the saxophone
@McGillMusicSaxSchool Жыл бұрын
Good question. I’d try building up gradually to playing longer tones. It’s really important to get a good easy setup when you’re starting out (size 1.5 or 2 reed) and to take good deep breaths when you play. Check out my free Tool Kit lesson bundle for a great warmup that will help you. You can get it from my website here: saxschoolonline.com/courses/

What model sax?
@McGillMusicSaxSchool Жыл бұрын
Actually this is the pro model from Jean Paul USA - I’m testing it for an upcoming review. Plays great. What do you think of the sound?
@AlexVolkhin13 Жыл бұрын
@@McGillMusicSaxSchool Yes, thanks for the answer, I noticed that many people use this saxophone. I recently tried the old Conn 6m, it's a wonderful sound, God, I hope they will be revived someday. It's a crime that no one releases such super saxophones.
