I want to mention this: If you want to evolve your shiny Feebas in to Milotic, if you don't have friends or another system and game to trade with you can use either versions of BDSP games and transfer your Feebas over via Home and use poffins to increase its beauty! Once its beauty is maxed, level it up and it'll evolve! You can transfer your shiny Milotic back to Scarlet and Violet when you're done. I hope this helps.

I got my shiny Feebas in a Love Ball! Resetting for the outbreak took about 27 minutes and fortunately I got the shiny on my first sandwich attempt! It’s now a beautiful Milotic that just missed out on the Jumbo Mark!

2 hours last night and now 3 hours today resetting for Feebas outbreak all with encounter 2. Has to be hundreds of resets without Feebas outbreak I'm literally going insane.

Wow, so I read on a forum someone had luck closing the game and re-opening it. I realize I was playing all 5 hours on the same game session. I closed the game, re-opened. Did 2 resets and got a Feebas outbreak. So it seems the game may not have all outbreak chances possible on any given game session. I mean I'm just one person and it's anecdotal evidence but that is quite damning. The other person said they tried for sinistcha for over an hour (I saw sinistcha a TON during my feebas attempts) and after resetting he got it within 2 tries. So if you're having trouble getting your outbreak to spawn try closing and re-opening the game and then try more.

Finally got IT!!! Thanks for the tip of going in the right side. It helps spawning a lot fast. Tough part was spawning the outbreak, it took me 3 hrs 💀💀💀

It's not 60 per say, but you wanna stop when you get the notification that the outbreak has DEFINITELY gone down, which is the second one.

No it is 60. The notifications come up between 20-30 knockouts. The shiny odds max out at the 60th KO. If you are only following the second message then you are missing the increased shiny odds

I found going to the left side corner more consistent for spawns but the guide was incredibly helpful and i was able to get a shiny 9n my first sandwich. Now to go back and try and get a jumbo.

It’s encouraged to use a sparkling 3 water sandwich that doesn’t have encounter because it will cause more barboach to also appear. You can either use 1 sweet 1 sour HM to drop the encounter power or just do it without the shiny sandwich.

What do you do, if you have your outbreak but you start to count the spawns you've taken out and your outbreak stops at around 45. Even with a shiny sandwich on. Happened about 6 times to me. Grrr

I’m been trying to get a Feebas outbreak for 2 days now with no luck and I even tried the masuda method for 1 whole day with no shiny insight 😫 I wanna give up so bad but I just can’t.

For anyone just finding this. Pay attention to the map at the start of the video. If the vignette is not in the exact same location as shown in the video, while you will have a Feebas outbreak, It will not be in the correct room for this method. Feebas Outbreaks can spawn in the pool of water you come to as you drop down as well as the right one that is through the tunnel with the static Wishcash spawn. If the Vignette is anywhere more towards the right instead of directly below the flight symbol then it's the wrong spawn. You could try make it work but most the time it isn't worth it unless it's in the room that this method shows.

@grahambird2208 this happened to me 2 times in a row, fortunately for me i got a shiny feebas by going left and right. It takes more time now then a year ago, but a mass outbreak is really needed for this Shiny.

tried this without outbreak but only Barboach came in so I'll have to go back at some other point when I'm motivated to reset for the corretc outbreak ^^ did Lotad instead with my water sandwich & found a neat little picnic reset spot on the west side of the U-shaped pond (when looking at the pond, at the right of the rock, with your feet in the middle of the right-most flower patch - in that spot, you should not have any Oricorio/Morepeko etc spawns only Lotads a a few Lombres. They spawn in very quickly and the shiny is easy to spot).

I sat there a bit over an hour trying to force a feevas spawn but I wasn't lucky. I'm "only" missing the feebas line, white basculin line, seedot (but not it's evolutions) and the scsrlet exclusives (since I play violet) I don't trade though so most if not all of these I'll end breeding 🤷‍♂️
