I just did this routine and I have to say, it is definitely another of my favorites. I just started learning to shift a 10-speed truck and let me tell you, my shoulders needed this!! Thank you so much. I plan to take these routines with me when I'm over-the-road!!

I am a 44 year old man and have been doing your yoga for 2 years and has helped me a lot. Especially since i do hard manual labor. It has kept me from serious injury many times. Thank you for teaching and sharing your yoga. Could you do a video of some male specific poses if there are any.

Thank you for practicing with me!! Yoga was originally intended for young men, to prepare them to sit in meditation fro long periods of time. So, all poses are suitable.

Many thanks, I have been researching "how to treat shoulder pain naturally" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you ever come across - Jiyictoria Shoulder Satisfaction - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got excellent success with it.

When doing these poses you close your eyes and breathe in and out right?

Yep, closing your eyes is always a bonus. The breath is most important, slow steady breath in and out through the nose is our goal.
