You can also use sodium phosphate/citrate for emulsification. If you don't have it, just add some processed cheese - it has enough of it to effectively emulsify your ordinary cheese!

I love this recipe when I found it on meat Church's KZbin channel a long time ago but making it ever since and I would suggest use cream of mushroom soup like meat church did it's way better!

@@bbqpitboys okay fresh would be coming up with a new recipe you didn't you changed one ingredient essentially. The thing about the canned soup which you guys have used before in the past absolutely is better because it contains ingredients that will help the entire thing not break apart unlike the cream in yours. I like your stuff but I call it as I see it without excuses. it'd be like if Burger King used all the same ingredients except -1 pickle to copy McDonald's and they called it the big hack😄
