There is another method because you can only buy one mule now. You buy apc’s and put it in your auto shop. Then do the glitch the same way. The issi that gets duped on top on the apc will sell for 3.1 million if you bought the apc with trade price. So about 800k profit. Or 3.6 million if you bought the apc without trade price. Overall not the best glitch but once you have lost your mule forever there’s nothing you can do.

That’s because you need to upgrade the issi classic to the issi and buy all the most expensive upgrades. The issi only sells for the cost of all the upgrades and there’s an 18 hour sell limit for max pay

You were supposed to sell the one in the moc, not the one in the nightclub, so if you already sold the one in the nightclub that's why you can't buy the mule, now you need to sell the car in the moc, which means you're now lost both cars
