Sourdough Discard Crackers: Preheat the oven to 325°F. Mix together: - 2 tablespoons (28g) melted butter - 3/4 cup (200g) sourdough discard - 1 tablespoon favorite herb blend (I used everything but the bagel) - Salt to taste Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes, then remove, score to shape the crackers, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.

Man, I would really like to learn how to do this! I tried making some regular homemade whole wheat crackers, but they came out like bathroom tiles lol!
