- 2 cups of water - 2 cups soy sauce - 1 cup of rice vinegar - 1 cup of granulated sugar - medium low heat, once sauce heats up, stir and place lid back on, wait for it to boil then turn off heat

Can i use the sauce after a day? I made it today and i need it for tomorrow.
@ChristysChannel

Sorry for the late reply. If you want to make it to eat soon after, pour in the HOT sauce directly into the jar with the veggies. This will speed the process.

Yes! You can use it multiple times since it’s preserved. Like pickles.

I live in the mid west and I’ve been looking for video on a specific recipe my local korean restaurant has for pickled faddish with a sweet sour spicy flavor to it. And I have yet to find it. I’ve asked the restaurant how they make it but she doesn’t tell me😩😂 I wanted to know if this recipe can be used for making that as well? Or if you have made this spicy sweet pickled radish?
@ChristysChannel
@ChristysChannel 5 жыл бұрын
Yes!!! I only used jalepenos and onions because I didn’t have the radish. But you can certainly add the daikon radish. Try making it and let me know how it turns out!

How long do you have to let them soak until they get soft and dark? Thanks
@ChristysChannel
@ChristysChannel 5 жыл бұрын
You will need to leave the jar out on the counter for a day or two and place it inside the fridge. After about a week, it’ll be ready to eat. The longer it sits in the fridge, the more it’ll pickle and soften. Let me know how it turns out!
