Hi Hannah! I always love your videos. The things is, can you slow down a little bit? Its a bit hard for me to keep up because English is not my first language, I watch you from my phone and I'm a beginner so I had to look first and try maybe a couple times and by the time I get it right, you have already in the next move. But I don't know, maybe that's just my lazy ass, so don't stress about it hahaha! Anyway, love from Indonesia! 🖤

You are so sweet! I will make a slow pace video for your request sometimes. Keep up with some workout on beginner playlist, the more you do Pilates, the more you are familiar with my cue and all the movements at once. When I first started, it’s hard to keep everything at the same time as well. So no need to worry about it. Keep me posted too! Love, Hannah 💚

Hi Hannah Thank you so much for your pilates videos, i did yoga for a couple of years and then just stopped and now I've gained so much weight, now on my weight loss journey i have found you, i am starting with the back to basics and the plus size video, i absolutely luv them, i have watched so many pilates videos on KZbin but there is something different about your videos, they look doable by the average person, you are such a great presenter as well, you connect with your viewers you are real. thank you so much you are a blessing. A quick question how many times a week can we do pilates and how many days rest?

For me, I’m trying to be active every day but if there is any day I feel exhausted, I allow my body to rest.
