makes my mornings a million times better - in fact, i go through the day with a different posture and more strength. i usually do yoga with adriene first, and then pilates with lottie. so, so good.

Beautiful morning Pilates routine. As an instructor myself, I find it a challenge to find time/space in my day to get in my own practice. Following your routine has been a wonderful way for me to get centred, grounded and feel ready for the day without doing a whole 50-60 min class. Thank you.

So calming and great atmosphere in this video! I usually don't like to do something aggressive in the morning and listen to aggressive music, so this workout made me feel both confident and calm, but still energised

Thank u for this routine. I needed this kind of body stretch and exercise.. and during the first days, i woke up with sore legs, neck and stomach, but i liked how it made me feel every time i do it in the morning. Reduces my stress and head aches 🤣

This is the absolute best way to begin the day. Every time this workout ends I always say thank you Lottie. I love the feeling of being a new person when standing again for the first time. So good and perfect amount of time. Thank you

I've just started thinking about doing some pilates again having previously been quite fit and flexible, I've gained quite a bit of weight and recently fell off my horse (have a hip flexor injury) so your super chilled 20 minutes is a great way to ease me back in! thank you xxxx

I absolutely love this, you have a real nice pacing and flow to your Pilates videos! It would be great if you did some extended Pilates videos like half an hour or even 1hr as I’m always left wanting more :)

That was indeed awakening! Thanks for the instruction. Will do it again tomorrow and try to keep at it each morning. It seemed slow so I thought I'd do it in my dressing gown, but you do get warm!

I love starting my days with this pilates routine and your playful sense of humour. I love the slow, gentle, mindful focus of this routine because it's still challenging enough for a beginner-intermediate but not too fast for a beginner. I also really enjoyed the music on this one, but it was a little bit loud.

Thumbs up I like the fact that you started off with a breathing exercise that is very important for when you just wake up with still air and your body from the night before. I have not finished watching the video but I'm watching this because I want to take pictures of the poses because I would like to have a picture graph on the days where I need to have complete silence with my workout.

Thank you so much Lottie! I really appreciated how you took the time to clearly explain how to do the proper moves. With other Pilates instructors on here I have been frustrated & given up until I thought heck just try this one it’s only 15 mins. And I was really impressed. I’ve done Physio clinical lessons on the reformers and I know to really learn pilates properly the teacher needs to guide precisely/clearly to educate the intricacies. So thank you for that. I tried a lot of pilates workouts but most of them were either advanced or just too difficult to keep up with. SO HAPPY i found this one because i was able to do ALL of the moves I've been doing it for 5 days and i plan to make it my daily routine🤩 THANK YOU❤️❤️❤️❤️

You are a wonderful instructor! I just started doing Pilates videos at home (newbie) and stumbled upon one of your videos...I subscribed immediately. I tried a few other instructors just to see what their style was like, and your videos are my favorite because of your personality, your pace and the way you describe each movement. Thank you so much for sharing your workouts - you have a gift! I have a lot of old injuries from playing soccer through college, and your Pilates routines have already left me feeling stronger and more flexible without causing pain in my joints.
