I love strawberry anything. However, my family are more chocolate people. So every year on our birthday we get to pick what kind of cake we want. Well, again, im the odd ball. who likes lots of flavors. I usually just pick white on white. But last year, i had shown my sister a few months before my birthday this beautiful strawberry cake with strawberry icing. It was pretty and loooked delicious. So when my birthday came around, i asked for my usual white on white. When i went to my sisters, she used this cake mix and strawberry icing. At 1st, i felt bad cause i knew nobody else would eat it. But i was super excited to try it. It was so insanely good. I ate it with a little chocolate ice cream. It tasted like a chocolate covered strawberry. Even my (diabetic) brother in law went back for a second peice, and he is super careful about what he eats. It was so good. Im gonna try this recipe, but i dont know if it can top just the original. Sorry for such a long story. Yall have a great Valentines Day.

Daughter can't eat jello due to being made with horses hoof's. She's actually tested positive when her allergist ran some new tests. So I have frozen strawberries from last summer. Have a strawberry cake mix but looking for a recipe using these strawberries. Have some fresh for the top from grocery. And I want a cream cheese frosting made with the juice. I agree with the bowls sizes but from our perspective all the "stuff" in a recipe winds up at the first pour and when your sprinkling or adding the top left never gets anything. A cook who has won a lot of cooking contest was asked the number one rule broken by everyone is they pay no attention to what ends up on the walls of the bowls in the mixer. Not scraping down is his pet peeve. Love the cat and dog. And your recipes.

You need an extra large batter bowl…☺️ I love my white melamine one that I got years ago at World Market…it’s lightweight and LARGE and it’s a rubber ring on the bottom so it doesn’t scoot around the counter when I’m mixing. ♥️ from California! 🫶🏻

My friend, get yourself the big Tupperware bowl. It'll last you the rest of your life. Now another good investment for bowls are the Lock and Lock brand, anything by either company is great. Now the lock and lock are spill proof so you can use them in a cooler and your food won't get water logged either!! They were making a picnic bundle which was a campers dream for storing bread, buns and even a pickle container with a strainer. Don't get me wrong you need the glass bowls for using a mixer especially if you're using the hooks to mix dough or meatloaf etc... You can use the mixer for shredding cooked chicken or beef as well. Oh so many times I have wanted to climb through my screen for a day or two of cooking with you but I might end up cuddling with your cats and just answering questions or giving input. Lmao 🤣😂🤣 we've been thinking about a cat again after over 20 years of just dogs. Lol. I would love to have a big fat beautiful cat again... Thank you for sharing your fur babies with all of us along with your cooking. Also, THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU AND NOT CAVING IN ON THE GLOVES AND CRAZINESS FROM THE INTERNET NUTS ANYMORE! They're not eating it so why do they care in the first place?! Plus we all know that they're not using gloves for everything in their kitchen!! Lmao 🤣😂🤣. I ❤ YOU GIRL KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!
