Easy super soft ROTIS/ dosti roti

Indian cakes or pancakes easy to make.

ingredients
___________
2 cups all-purpose flour ,plain flour or wheat flour
1 cup of warm water
½ teaspoon of salt
½cc of sugar
1, ½ tbsp melted ghee / clarified butter
(1 for kneading and ½ for basting)
oil or ghee for cooking
note: ghee is less fat than oil
and it's good for health but to consume moderately.
I personalized this recipe, I like to add my little personal touch also to facilitate things, and I can tell you that it works.

In india we make roti with whole wheat flour instead of refined wheat flour nd make it with almost same process.. Good thing is they are easy to digest.. Nd tasty

No pain killers are reqd coz v prepare very frequently this roti... It ll be so thin that u dont need ti cook both side and shd nt be changing the sides of roti so many times shd be cooked in 3 turns to keep roti soft

This is an authentic roti recipes of Gujarat which we eat with aam ras....but we made it with wheat flour instead of maida...and not using ghee too much...
