Hello Chris and Joe thank you for your delicious recipes. I have already made two dishes and it came out ace. Your tea cake recipe looks good but I won't make the cake simply for the reason when you give cup measurements you must always at the same time must give themeasuremwnts in weight also that hiw many gms is your cup. Cups are different sizes in different countries in us uk australia Asia it's all different sizes. The world has metric. Hence my cake would not turn out good. Thank you.

Mam, one doubt During cake baking all ingredients should be in room temperature ryt. Here u have added hot milk with butter. Maam I am sorry. It just to clear my doubt.
