It’s almost Thanksgiving!! Can y’all even believe it?!
I know I can’t but here we are so let’s plan out our menus.
We are hosting our family for Thanksgiving in our home this year and although these dishes will more than likely be on the table, I won’t be the one making them. Tim and I are taking care of the meats, bread, beverages, etc. and that will keep us plenty busy!
These recipes are incredibly delicious and easy!

Cranberry Pretzel Salad:

Sweet Potato Casserole:
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 stick butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4-1/2 cup milk (depending upon your preference)
Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup chopped pecans
Mix ingredients well and pour into a baking dish.
Mix topping in separate bowl and spread over casserole ingredients.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
*This can be made ahead for up to 2 days and kept in the fridge until time to bake.
