Chilis in Adobo is usually very spicy. If you have never tried that, just a heads up. I usually only use a third in recipes due to the spice.

We have made this exact recipe 2 times before and you are right. They are spicy! A suggestion for those who don't like that much spice is to pull the peppers out of the marinade before cooking and it does cut back on that spice. Still had a kick, but my family didn't claim they would die. LOL!

What fabulous timing! Four mums in our church, in the last month, have just welcomed newborns and being on the food/hospitality team to provide their families with meals means I'm extra busy! I'm SO going to be putting up a few servings of each of these so I can drop them off WITH a freshly cooked meal... That way they get a meal tonight AND have suffering for later!

I've made the Pioneer Woman' s spicy Dr Pepper pulled pork. Really good but I usually only use a few peppers and some sauce. My hubby isnt crazy about spicy food. But its is really good.
