I would like to introduce you to a very good whole wheat bread as a daily bread. Since it is a bread that is often made, it must be easy to make, the kitchen must not be cluttered when making it, and the ingredients must be simple, healthy and delicious :)

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups warm water
2 tablespoons maple syrup
2/3 tbsp yeast
2 tablespoons oil (optional)
3 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
1 tsp salt
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds (optional)
2 tablespoons rolled oats (optional)
How to make
1. Mix maple syrup and dry yeast in warm water.
2. Add oil (optional) and whole wheat flour and salt.
3. Mix using a tool, knead by hand for 5 minutes, cover with a damp cloth and leave at room temperature for 2 hours.
4. Add sunflower seeds and rolled oats (optional) and knead.
5. Shape by hand, place in a baking pan, cover with a lid or cloth and let stand for 1 hour.
6. Bake at 218C (425F) for 25-30 minutes.
