Fermented honey seems to make the bread softer.
Not only is the bread soft, but it tastes like honey.
If you lightly toast the bread in a toaster and spread a little butter on it, it tastes amazing.
Ingredients

1 cup of warm water (240ml, 240g)
1 tablespoon of sugar (15ml, 12g)
Half a teaspoon of salt (3 g)
1/3 cup of honey (80ml, 110g)
2 teaspoons (10ml, 6g) instant dry yeast
1 cup (240ml, 145g) of all-purpose flour (or strong flour)
2 tablespoons of cooking oil (30ml, 25g)
2.5 cups of whole wheat flour (600ml, 350g)
Loaf pan ; 13cm x 23cm x 10cm
180 degrees (355F) convection (fan forced) for 35 minutes
** After about 20 minutes, cover it with cooking foil.
