For chocolate chip cookies:
Egg - 1 pc
Butter - 115 g
Sugar/powdered sugar - 240 g
Milk - 150 ml
Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Flour - 210 g
Cocoa - 45 g
For cream:
225 g cream cheese
75 g soft butter
65 g powdered sugar
For filling:
strawberries or caramel
1. Melted butter mix with sugar.
2. Add the egg and mix again.
3. Now alternately add the dry ingredients and milk to make a homogeneous dough.
4. Transfer the dough into a pastry bag.
5. The baking sheet is covered with parchment and squeezed out the same round.
6. Bake at 170ʼС for about 10-12 minutes.
7. For the cream, beat the butter with powdered sugar and at the very end add cream cheese.
8. For the filling we use fresh berries, or you can cook kyuli, kurd or caramel.
9. When the halves are baked and ripened, we expose them with a spatula and find the same in size.
10. On one half squeeze the cream along the contour and put the filling in the middle.
11. Cover scrolling with another half.
