I’ve been asked about that a few times I really have to make a point to do it. The only reason I haven’t done it yet is I think everyone has different needs but I can definitely share what I have been doing.

There really are so many different ways to get protein in even if you are a vegan. I really love soy and there are also vegan cheeses that you can use to mix into your vegetables and salads

Hey Janine, I have a question on this. I hear you say 6 ounces of protein is that the recommended serving size for each meal or is that based on your weed or something else? I’m really trying to learn this. I went back to the gym a few months ago and have been happy with my progress. I just need to understand the Nutrition part.

Great question yes that is a good serving size in general if you want to be more exact there are some good online tools that can calculate based on your specific information
