😀 was just looking at a Go auto work log manifold similar to this for almost $500 and then saw this video and its way more budget friendly only thing i would need extra is a external waste gate flange for a tial F38 Thanks for showing this

Vibrant makes a T3 cradle flange with a cutout for ewg. Part number is 11640A. A little bit more expensive but makes it easy to add one.

Nice. I need to build one myself.

PRL makes some nice stuff. Your local pipe supply should have had those stainless elbows and T fittings for half what you paid for them. Good stuff!
@yakswelding864 жыл бұрын
Very true, but my local pipe supply is about a 2 hour round trip since I live in a very small town that doesn't have much. It was worth it to me to just eat the extra couple of bucks.

I already gave it away. But I will be doing another give away in my next video. Just need to get off my butt and film some content. Car is getting close.

Flux core has its place but I'd never use it for a job like this.

This is my other account. This is the one I use to make car videos. Your video editing is way better than mine. I have to get a program and learn how to use it. I watched is video bc I'll be welding up a set of headers for my turbo mustang and for my H22A1 prelude. I'm trying to keep the A/C on both cars. But keep up the good work. I'm about to buy the Eastwood 200 AC DC Tig welder.
@yakswelding864 жыл бұрын
Do it! You wont regret buying a tig welder. It will pay for itself. Just have to put in the practice. My editing is pretty basic but its getting better. I use Sony Vegas Pro.

You made measuring the port and branch spacing way too hard. On the flange - measure left side of one hole #2 to left side of hole #3. This is your centre to centre spacing. Put the Tees together and measure their joint face spacing. Halve the extra and cut it from one side of each Tee. The same measurements probably work for the cylinders #1 and #4 but check anyway.
