After tasting real mantı dumplings at a Turkish restaurant, I was looking for a recipe to try and recreate them at home. I made this version for dinner tonight and it was DELCIOUS. So easy to make! All the taste of mantı with so much less effort. Thank you Aysenur! This will become a regular dinner in my house.

I made this and it turned out amazingly!! Thank you for the recipe. I learned how to make some of my favorite Turkish dishes by following your videos: cigkofte, dolma/sarma, Turkish lentil soup and now this one. The taste turned out to be so close to the way I remember these dishes from the times I lived in Istanbul. With your recipes I am able to relive some special days of that period.

One of my favourite dishes Manti. When you don't have time to do the dough and little dumplings, this is the next best thing, to get all the flavours and its as delicious as manti. Also its very satisfying when you crave for Manti yummy. Thank you

This looks so good!!!! Aysenur Abla.....I love your recipes so much!!! My mother was American but married to a Turkish man and learned many recipes when she lived there with his family in the 60's. I know how to make the full fledged manti but it takes so much time so this was so nice to have a short version!!!!!! Please, have you any recipes for Piyaz?! This is a favorite dish of mine my mother used to make but I can't remember how to make it authentic. Please help!

Thank you so much for this video. I used to stay in Istanbul for two beautiful summers as an exchange student and manti was one of the food I discovered and loved. I tried to make it at home but it was soooo much work and the dough was never thin enough. I tried this recipe just last night and it worked well. I don’t know why there wasn’t enough red oil juices from the beef mince though :’( Please keep posting. I love your videos :) 🎉

That's another pasta we use for "soups"! Actually, my mother used this kind to make your previous recipe with the orzo pasta and it was my favourite. It's interesting you have access to this other kind of pasta, it's very uncommon outside Italy. I like how other countries manage to find "new" ways to use it.
