Can these be made without the coconut or with some kind of substitute? I absolutely hate the texture of coconut!

I've really been enjoying your videos and recipes! Quick note - sometimes white vinegar is also not vegan, as it's made from milk :( In NZ some are, some aren't, mostly they're labelled I think

Do you know any shortening that is palm oil free? I don't consider palm oil vegan because of how many animals (and humans) it kills.
