Thank you! Refried kidney beans are my favorite! They are so good in tortas too. Just make sure to sauté the onion first and salt as needed. 😋

I typed up a note of excitement and appreciation but it disappeared and forgot I had a quick question. The sopes before or after frying, may they be frozen for future use or is it best to make right before serving? I have been spending most my days in the kitchen having to make everything from scratch because of my mandatory extremely low sodium restrictions. Thank you again!
