We realised we've never shown you beautiful people any baking recipes so here's one that we've been making lately. It's an easy vegan and oil free recipe for some pretty snazzy peanut butter cookies.

RECIPE!
Pre-heat your oven to 180˚C (356˚F)
Combine the following in a bowl
1 cup peanut butter (we use smooth)
1 cup brown sugar
1.5 tsp blackstrap molasses
In a separate bowl, combine the following
1/2 cup oat flour
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
Combine the previous 2 mixtures and mix together until there's no lumps. We find it easier to just use our hands :~)
Finally add the following
1/4 cup water
30-40g chocolate
Roll the dough into balls, put them on a tray and then flatten with a fork. Make sure to not put the balls too close as they expand quite a lot when they bake.
Bake for 8-12 mins. We set a timer for 8 mins and then check on them in 2 minute intervals after that. When the edges are golden brown you know that they're cooked. If you want them extra gooey and soft then take them out of the over closer to 8 minute mark.
The tricky thing is they come out of the oven still very soft and gooey and it'll seem like they weren't cooked but you just need to let them sit for 10 mins or so and they'll harden up :~)
