@@ChefJeanPierre I put it in my cart, $16.95. Sounds good... additional shipping charges $23.41...so $40 for a 375ml. YIKES! I bet it's great but out of my price range. Dang I was excited for a second there.

@@ChefJeanPierre Chef, I see that you have various variety boxes of condiments, like your Vinegar box. May I suggest smaller sample sizes in a box pack/ assortment gift pack? Maybe 4 ounce sizes. That way we might be able to try your excellent selection more affordably. I see the vinegars are 18 year aged balsamic vinegar. I understand that they are costly. Just a suggestion, Sir.

I guess I'm on the right track because I agree with exactly what you said, you should be able to drink the dressing. I make one that is: Two parts extra virgin olive oil Two parts dark balsamic vinegar 1/2 - 1 part Worcestershire sauce One part fresh lemon juice One part honey I don't add seasoning because that may be different depending on what I'm using it for. I do not blend it, but the honey acts as an emulsifier and keeps the solution suspended for a period of time after shaking. I will have to try adding the Dijon! I put it into a clean old 12 oz Tabasco sauce bottle and use it for so many things besides salads. And yes, you can drink it!
