We put a big air purifier on high in the room all night. Great white noise and the air is so much healthier. Then we also added a bluetooth speaker that plays a mix of relaxed classical music, Baby Einstein version classical and Enya (say what you will, but Enya's got some powerful chill). I'm careful to keep the songs on this playlist different from playtime ones. These songs become a sign to the brain that it's time to relax and go to sleep better than any other part of our bedtime routine. Music has such an impact on us. They hear that music and settle right in. 😊 I had to be extra, so i got Bluetooth speakers that do a water dance to the music along with changing colored lights. Its like a tiny water fountain show. It's not overestimulating, just gives them something to focus on while they doze off. When my oldest was still in the crib, he loved the Baby Einstein crib soother with the ocean sounds and light up moving animals. This painting is wonderful, thank you!

Birch trees are fairly thin. So your trees set back would be thinner than when seen closeup. Your trees are more like the thick trees in California known as Redwoods. I have some birch and they are thin, a bit thinner than a pine evenly placed.
