Easy way to make tiny 2mm jump rings for your Permanent Jewelry.

A better method is to cut with a jewelers saw, but using cutters you already have is quick and still useful. I wouldn’t want to mass produce this way lol but it works !

Hi Mike, thanks for another great video ☺️Do you know if the Orion mpulse can weld a 2mm jump ring at its lowest setting? If not, would you recommend adding a slightly larger one like the 24 gauge 2.3 you used in this video? I have some super fine chain and trying to figure out how to make it a as seamless possible with the mpulse. Also, which Tronex double flush cutters did the better job? Many thanks

It can do 26g wire, 27 likely on the lowest. 28 is the thinnest I’ve done. 2mm no problem. Any of the razor flush tronex I recommend. I don’t have any double flush cutters by them. But for fine chain it’s not really necessary.
