I had a terrible ankle injury about 7 years back, always had some pain with it but about 3 years ago it started to get so bad I could barely walk. The first few times I did this practice, I couldn't believe how much pain relief it gave me. I wear an orthotic now but I've done this practice nearly every night for 3 years and my walking is for the most part normal, some pain still but very manageable. Thank you so much for this video. I probably know it word for word by this point 😂

Wow. I thought I knew every way I could stretch my feet. The pigeon toe wide leg fold with extra release into the pinkies was absolutely delightful. My feet feel as light as air. I will definitely be incorporating that particular release more often, and my feet sincerely thank you.

I love the calf-stretching move after the cat-cows. I hate Downward Facing Dog with a passion (hard on my wrists and shoulders) but this substitution really helps my calves and feels great! The final standing bit--with the squats and the press-your-ankles-out move is also delicious.

Thank you. I have pretty intense Ankle Impingement from years of Weight Lifting and I found this class helpful to relieve the strain. I really like your personality, bright, warm and welcoming. You imbue the class with a very positive energy that I felt helped to release my tight muscles. I'll be coming back to this class regularly in the future.

Went through the class again today, and once again it felt great, especially the sequence stretching the fascia of the soles of the feet followed by stretching the tops of the feet. my ankle cracks sooo much during outward rotation & when i extend then flex it. and the fascias really bunched up. i usually massage & stretch it when i can.. it helps but it always goes right back to cracking. i really feel like i released a lot during this routine. im really so happy abt it i can feel the circulation and flow in my ankle. i'll really stay consistent w/ this. thanks so much brett!!

Brett, I am extremely grateful yet again for another amazing video. I am trying to lower my seat to a Japanese sitting pose so I can stand from that position in one motion with toes curled under my heels (stand from kneeling position) and this is helping a lot. Would you mind linking me to a video on knee flexibility if you have one? Combining the two videos would be a tremdous help.
