I'm bookmarking this to do every night! I work in social media, a barista and am an artist so I'm always using my hands and wrists to the point they hurt. This is heaven.

Yes!! I'm older so my hands, fingers and wrist have been used for many different tasks throughout my life. Right now I'm crocheting with raffia making a cowboy hat. This video helps me stretch and bend my tight fingers and wrists.

I commented a week ago on this video but i must tell you these stretches have helped tremendously with elbow pain. During the summer i started having elbow pain that kept me up at night. I tried apply ointments and used other online videos but the pain continued but your stretches have really made an impact. I wish i had a million dollars to give you because the pain is gone. This is fascinating. Almost unbelievable. As a professional bass player I've been suffering from some combination of Carpal Tunnel Syndrom/RSI for more then 10 years, and recently even acute tendonitis for about 4 months. Tried everything, from Alexander's technique, to Gym exercises, many stretches (on the internet some of the exercises made the things worse), traditional medicine, conventional medicine, painkillers, even Chinese acupuncture in the heart of China. Changed my technique drastically to the point where I can play about only 70% of what I could, cut exercise time by half and slept with the bracer piously.. When my sister suggested this page it was just one more thing to try. And this really helps me. I started this two weeks ago, doing it 4-5 times per week before bass practice, and my wrists feel better. Not only while I play but also generally stronger and less painful... I wonder if I should do this more often.. Sometimes I have a feeling I would need to do it twice a day, but I don't know if I would actually be doing more bad then good that way... Anyway, thanks a lot! If this eventually helps me - you saved my career.

Chronic tendonitis in both wrists (for over a year!) gradually lessened on its own but I'd still have occasional debilitating flareups. Immediate relief after I tried this routine, and since then I've found it's been a good preventative measure - no more flareups!

Wow, thank you so much for these wonderful wrist stretches! 👍🙏 I work in order fulfillment, so all day long I am wrapping packages, so my wrists can get pretty tired and sore. I was feeling particularly tired in my hands and wrists today, and these exercises helped SO MUCH! 💖 I am going to try to take mini-breaks throughout the day and do these at work, so I can keep my hands and wrists feeling good and healthy. I did your 5 minute stretches for the neck right after this one (saw it in my suggested videos), and it was such a nice addition to this one. I feeling much better now, and ready to go to work again today! Thank you 🙏💖 Brett, I hope you and your family and friends are holding up during this current world crisis. This is a super stressful time for everyone, and I am wishing you strength and peace amidst the chaos🙏

I put my wrists bones out of place between waitressing and planting hundreds of plants a day. I just had them reset a month or two ago (so I still feel a bit of pain) and this yoga stretch makes my wrists feel AMAZING

Well, for me, it hurt so good and the pain is still there. I've been doing yoga for 32 days, planks, dwd, extended arm lunges are painful on my left wrist and the heel of my thumb, radiating up to my elbow. I will try this and some strengthening exercises for the forearms. 60's is hard and aging isn't for the faint hearted....just saying This recent period of inactivity to is fairly new to me since the pandemic. The pain in my wrist is not new, it is however, exacerbated by the 20 lbs I gained in 2 years on a small frame. Thank you for posting this helpful video

Yooo I fell on my hands a few weeks back and I'm still feeling the pain when I put pressure on the wrists. This is a good warmup before working the upper body. The pain decreases a lot. Thank you :)

Thanks! i have a question... I have had a R knee replacement and can’t get into it. Do you have in all poses that are knees any ideas for changes. Plus even if I was to lay on the bed to do childs pose I can no longer get my body near my butt. Is that my knee or tight everything flexors. I know I am super tight as get groin pain and down front on r thigh. Sorry for asking but have been meaning to and since my hands are going to sleep at night, this interested me. Oh thanks for neck poses too, I am 62 and need them!
