Larrs Womb... Yes, in fact you are right. The pronunciation in very wrong. In Italy they wouldn't understand the hell she is saying !!! But why ? It's so simple ! Bruschetta.. the pronunciation is about "Broosketta".

The joy of Italian (which i speak) is that once you know the rules of pronunciation THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS. The reason it’s “broosketta” is because of the h after the c. That combination is always pronounced like the letter k. The Italian alphabet only has 22 letters; sounds that we have in English from 1 letter are duplicated in Italian with 2 or even 3 letter combinations.
