Love that you are looking so well, Megha. One tip w toys, get 2-3 large bins, fill w all the toys, and take out one bin every 2 weeks. that way they will play with what's out and not get bored of everything. Have 2-3 special toys in their rooms, and get rid of everything else. At the end of the day the boys can help clean up their stuff (you can play music, have a dance party) etc.

Again I am just catching up.. Loving the videos with the boys just doing their thang. Lovin' the facial hair, Matt. It was a surprise as I am watching these in a very randomized order. I also am loving the thoughts and approach toward healthy eating - my fave being not thinking in subtractive mode but in adding healthy things or even just thinking about all you can eat in that category.

Omg! I just recently went to basically all whole foods. I find it to be more work to open the fridge and find something to cook or to take meat out of the freezer to thaw, and THEN I have to cook it. Something to cook is key for me. I truly need to be hungry to do that. Even if I'm just making something simple like taco meat. I NEED to be hungry to make and eat it. I also have to go to the store more often because fresh food just doesnt keep for a month like processed junk. If you are someone who eats a lot out of boredom, this has helped me. I can't believe this trick took me so long to get on board with, but I'm glad I'm doing it. It's been a game changer for me. 👍

All Keto content creators are quite badly hit since the popularity of Keto has plummeted. Most pages have either completely changed or they are just cruising along and hoping things pick up. There are of course Keto creators still doing well but I think they are few and far between now.

@Keto Connect Best way to cook boneless pork loin chops, for me is in the air fryer. Really. (Slice up a whole pork loin.) Same as you did, brush with avocado oil, season. Cook chops at 400 for 7 minutes, flip. Cook about 7 more minutes depending on thickness of chops, or until instant read thermometer reads 145. Very necessary. Allow to set for a few minutes.

Are you able to get raw dairy in your area? Often kids handle that sooo much better since the proteins are all intact when they can't handle the ultra pasteurized milk. We have to drive pretty far to get raw milk in my area plus it's $13 a gallon but in my opinion it's liquid gold. Sad since I live in the dairy state but that's the way it is when the government controls everything. I'm praying we go back to the old local farm sourcing ways pretty soon. Kids are growing up so fast... it's awesome that you guys have them involved with the gardening process 🌻🌼

As an 81 year ketovore, I have been worried about Mega sinse I saw that you let the children be in charge. They cannot be in charge because you 2 are the adults ! Boundries are actually calming and secure for children. They are not in charge. They have almost killed Mega. You are not there servants! They have to know that they have boundries and rules to live buy. Children are not born incharge .

Matt, stop advocating butter as a health food, please. continually appealing and correlating nature only as "healthy" is a logical fallacy. besides, butter still goes through processing. Calorie counting can help someone be more aware and mindful of portions and what servings actually look like on their plate. it can be insightful and a good tool temporarily just to be able to gauge and eyeball foods to start. really dislike your dogmatic opinion in these videos. prefer Megha's takes
