After watching this video, this is how I understand. Please don't hesitate to correct my comprehension. Step 1: I write down a list of 10 specific goals I will be doing this year. Step 2: I choose a frog from my 10 specific goals and it's "to fry a perfect omelette." Step 3: I put my frog on a separate sheet of paper. Step 4: I set a deadline for my frog. Step 5: I create a list of small steps in achieving my frog. My list would look like: -Learn how to fry a perfect omelette. -egg -salt -bowl -oil -spatula Step 6: I then prioritize those steps in order of importance. Step 7: I work on those steps until I have completed my frog. Is that correct? Thanks again.

I also like the workbook called 30 Days to Overcome Procrastination by Corin Devaso. It was about mindfulness. Essentially, we procrastinate because we lose sight of who we are and what we want. If we're mindful, we naturally "do" from our "being."

'I'll go jog three times a week ... (going for 15 minute runs)." STEADY! Some steps may need to be broken down into smaller tasks eg one may need to break this task [jogging] down into an easily ACHIEVABLE task(s), thus i suggest: jogging for just three to five minutes, three times a week - until this task [step] is very easy to do, after which time one can then change the tasks including the duration.
