Well, thanks to you Dr. Boz, I tried my very first can of sardines today. They are skinless and boneless, and I simply added a little ACV and they actually weren’t bad at all. Before opening the can, I told myself that I will love them. Your videos make this all seem so logical and doable. I have felt very hopeless that no matter what I tried, nothing worked. But now I see why my fat cells are locked up, and that all my fasting has been in vain because my hormones weren’t fat adapted. Thank you so very much from the bottom of my heart.

I have been following Dr. Boz since 2020. Changed my life! I was in one of the first learning group however I couldn’t finish it. Long story short, I have started my keto journey 21 say ago after I got my first CGM sensor. Life changing. 21 days ago my blood sugar was moving between 259 to 64. This morning my Dr Boz Ratio was 39🎉❤❤ today is a big day to celebrate. First time for a long years, my morning blood glucose was lower than 100! Thank you, Dr.Boz!

You do all this work and research to live longer but for what if ur not happy. May you stay blessed and be happy, Dr Boz.

OMG Dr. Boz this was FANTASTIC!!! Thank you so much!! I'm just getting back into Keto after losing 50 lbs (with about 70 more to lose to reach my goal weight) on Keto and carnivore. I plateaued for 6 months while continuing the same as when I lost weight. I wasn't keeping track of anything other than my weight and eventually I just got so bummed out I kinda quit in protest. Well that plus eating a burger, fries and soft drink was really satisfying. That was about 2-3 years ago and I've gained all the weight back. I hate that but I'm getting back into keto and that makes me really happy. I remember your vids from back in the day so I just came across this one and the one on your Dr. Boz ratio and I feel much more empowered now. Going to order my glucose and ketone meter and start tracking my ratios. I did try some sardines back in the day but never stuck with them so that'll be something new. Anyways I just wanted to thank you for such an in-depth talk and all the information you share with us to try and help us. Anyways thanks again!!!

I did a 96 hour fast and continue fasting on sardines. Love sardines and they are very tasty after fasting 😅. My Dr. Boz ratio right now is 9. Glucose 63, ketones 7. Usually, I produce ketones easily but I never had them at 7 mmol/L. I am also using a continuous glucose monitor but unfortunately I am allergic to the tape that secures the monitor and that causes me a lot of skin irritation. I am able to wear one every 5-6 months. However, it’s very helpful to have it.

Taste before you add salt. It's really good and it's even better the next day. HTH

Ben Bicman has a good video on Lipedema. He says that there's extra collagen around the fat cell extra layers that normally wouldn't be there on a normal fat cell. So I'm thinking if we stick with the ketogenic diet that eventually the body will get around to tearing down the walls around those fat cells so that they can be burned in the future. I've noticed that my lower legs are starting to look normal again. I still have a lot around my knees and things like that, but the lower part of my leg and my hands have gotten better over time.

I figured if I could just get him to start somewhere , but just start,, he needs to start somewhere... I tried talking to him about NOT eating at dark, or night time hours... My objective is to get him to start , and start feeling better.. The majority of his issues stem from high insulin eating processed foods, high carbs, fast foods, ECT ECT..
