I saw this back in the wintertime from another doctor and YESSSS IT WORKS!!! I started eating 2 kiwis about 30/45 minutes before bed every night and I SWEARRRR BY IT!!! My niece has severe insomnia and now she SWEARSSS by this too! Try it guys!

Be careful as Kiwi is extremely high in Oxalates.

This fruit saved my life!!! I sleep way better, lowered my cholesterol and feel better overall just from eating this fruit every day.. I love it so much I eat the skin with no issues now

GREAT video... This is the reason I would NEVER work nightshift again even for £20,000 a Week.. Working nightshift reduces your life expectancy.. FACT! Money is nice..But it is not THAT nice.

I loved working overnight...I always was a night owl 🦉 👍 I am insomniac although now I am getting some rem sleep more often than once per year 👍

Thank you Dr M. I am 79 years old and ate Kiwi for the first time last week. My son bought them but I thought they were too ugly to eat. Lol! To my surprise I loved them! Oh well!

Same reason I've never tried certain fruits like mango..I've never had avocado because of the color lol!! Kiwis are soooo good though, I just don't like cutting the fuzzy skin off them!

I usually sleep pretty good. At 88, going to the toilet, gets me up once or twice a night. Will try the kiwi trick and see how it goes. Thanks Dr Mandell.

I tried dice apples and it help me sleep. And if I awake in the middle of the night, I just eat couple of diced apples and help be back to sleep. Sometimes I combine 1/2 banana and dice apples, they works too.

I will try this vs raw honey comb before sleep. Also I will try adding a few slices to my bedtime chamomile tea. Thank you for spreading knowledge and joy 🕉

i have bottle of raw honey its worked somewhat. kiwi like any fruit you have to eat when its ripe. honey is hassle free does the same job.

Quality of my sleep increased with this fruit. Discovered it accendentally. I used to wake up automatically in night 3am and not fall asleep till sunrise. This occured due to stressful situations. But now with this fruit I am getting help.

I just put one in my bedtime smoothie!! Along with chamomile tea, almond milk, peanut butter,and a banana. I'm making kiwis a regular part of my bedtime routine!! Update. Didn't work that well. I'll just stick to plain kiwis.

What really helps me sleep is taking 2 magnesium glycinate (200 mg) and a strong cup of chamomile about 30min before bed. I also put lavender oil under my feet, on temples and wrists. All this I gathered from your videos doc thank you!! Also your tapping video is amazing puts me right to sleep!

I’m on Keto so kiwi 🥝 (9g Sugar/100 g) is a no; for me, fructose (like berries) best eaten during the day as even 1/4 cup would hinder my sleep.

@@justineramirez2109 Here are some Keto friendly snacks before bedtime as long as it doesn’t hinder your sleep though: 1) nuts: Almonds, Pecans; 2) Pumpkin, sunflower seeds; 3) Avocado; 4) Chamomile tea, etc. (Google it)! I fast after dinner and break-fast approx. 1:00 pm next day.

I have the same problem. I have to go back to a schedule. I used to eat kiwis before bed. They did help me. I hope they work for you.

Try eating a banana and a few pistachios. Also don't forget your Magnesium. I been having problems staying at sleep and I also started taking Valerian root in pill for as I don't like the taste of Valerian tea. I sleep so good 👍 Good luck .

@@dennisdelfina I'm going to try the banana and pistachio. I do take magnesium and valarian root at night and it helps me relax but staying asleep is my issue. I just gave my mom a magnesium pill and two valarian root last night and she said she sleep really well... so its funny that you mentioned that. :) thanks for your help.

I have a sleeping problem as well..but a glass of almond milk (unsweetened) warm it up then mix with 2 teaspoonful of raw honey 1 hour before sleeping will do the trick..however you need to empty your brain meaning stop thinking of anything else as you lay down to sleep.

Well... Very interesting, because I eat kiwi already many years in the evening when its season starts in November without knowing all this nuances. I just knew that it is extremely healthy but had no idea that it is so therapeutic. Thank you doctor for sharing with us such an important information.

Good morning from New Zealand, we have massive abundance of Kiwifruit 🥝 at the moment & I’m very lucky to live in a town where they grow, harvested & exported across the globe. I try & eat one daily with breakfast or sometime during the day. We have two varieties the green & gold flesh even small snack size ones the size of cherry tomatoes. 2-3 Diced kiwis and 1/3 cup of Greek yogurt have me sleeping like a baby. I used to have a hard time sleeping due to insomnia until I started eating 2-3 kiwis an hour to an hour and a half before bed. It works.

Great reminder of the importance of good rest! The only thing is I have an intolerance to kiwis- experienced throat itching, severe abdominal distress & vomiting a few minutes after ingesting one years ago. Are there other fruits that you can recommend?
