Hey Quang, first of all, love from Italy. I'm Italian it's my duty to help you. If you found the pasta salty it's because the pesto, so next time you shouldn't salt the water. (btw The first two products are terrible ) Giovanni Rana is definitely the best you've tried, and I also find their products excellent. Tbh Olivieri is a brand that is rarely used in Italian households so I would recommend other types of pasta/tortellini/cannelloni. guys make him rad this comment :) " ci vediamo presto in Italia, ciaooo "

Hey Quang, italian here! You made me laugh when you said "cacchio and pepe" because "cacchio" pronounced like that it's a cuss word 🤣 it's pronounced ca-chi(as in Chicago)-o"😃 that aside, you're 0,01% italian brother!! also, PDO means "Protected Designation of Origin".. it's like a designation. For a cheese to qualify for this status, it must meet very specific criteria in terms of appellation (where it's made), affinage (where and how it's aged), and the source and treatment of the milk.. MUCH LOVE QT GANG🥰
