it's completely understandable that you feel really hungry and have a large appetite, after being malnourished and underweight for so long your body will have enormous energy requirements! it needs a HUGE amount of energy to heal itself and make up for the huge energy deficit created by all your previous restriction! you're doing so so well !! you're like a whole new person :)
@Dana-ll2qo5 жыл бұрын
@yourlittle princess This is absolutly normal when you start recovery. You starved your body and now were it get's the food it needs it will crave food all the time, because it is in a defecite! Try as best as you can to honour mental and physical hunger. After a while it will go away from it self because your body is'nt underfeeded anymore 😊 Best of luck! 🍀
@Dana-ll2qo5 жыл бұрын
@yourlittle princess I did crave the same things for a long time, but you have to remind that if you keep restricting you will crave these foods more and more! After a period of time you will eat more balanced and not craving these types of food all the time, trust me 😊 yes, i'm in recovery too
