For us as Muslims we don't eat individually, we always eat in a group, you can eat alone in case there's no body near to you. We believe that eating with people is blessing.

I have been living and eating alone for more than one year when I lived in Ho Chi Minh city. When I eat by myself, I always feel lonely especially at the moment I look at other people. My health also is affected and having some particular health problems. People who are eating with our family is one of the most happiness way that we have.

I almost eating my breakfast,lunch and dinner alone it is because of my life situation. I am working at private company out of my home land that all my colleagues are from different countries and some of them are not polite and respectful then I prefer to have mail lonely no bother no order and any problems.as always I fell comfort and have joyful with my dining table .

Sometimes I was eating by myself. I am feelling comfortable about that. I can do whatever I want. I read favorite books. I listen to music with singers and bands I fond of... I think eating alone not really bad at all. All it's up to you.

Mỹ Hảo Nguyễn Trần hi ! I agree with you....As all things in live have two options. I usually eat alone for lunch. I have to think about my work and how to control it in the rest of the day. Instead I prefer to have dinner with friends or colleagues. Usually I have a light supper spending the time by a drink . Have a good time

I really enjoy when I eat with my family , I like to see them around the table, but sometimes I hate when I call them to eat and they don’t pay attention, because they are in the living room watching the TV or in their rooms using the divides so when I’m finishing to eat they are starting , Even though we eat in family more often than alone we always pass a amazing time together !

It is not comfortable to eat alone! However, I'm only the one who always read emails when I ate with a group of people. I think ate with a group is more special than being alone, even if you are just listening to their topic. at least you could catch up on what happens to the social life.
