Quang just so you know, anything that ever sits out like that is never real wasabi. Real wasabi has to be freshly ground from the root, and is expensive as fuck. It has to be fresly ground because it loses it's taste and effect after a short while. Most wasabi is dyed horse radish, real wasabi is not nearly as harsh and actually gentle, also really expensive.

Here in Honolulu Hawaii as a Hawaiian local when we eat raw or cooked oyster we usually eat them with Tabasco and shoyu with a splash of lemon. That’s the best way to eat them!

The fish plates you had are called sashimi, not sushi. Sushi is the one that have rice on it while sashimi is basically just raw sliced pieces of fish that is eaten by itself
