Hello Mr. Lee! For future reference… if you ever see fried food items in Vietnam with lettuce and fresh herbs next to it, it is usually eaten as a wrap. We would wrap that tempura seafood in a piece of lettuce along with herbs, pickled carrots and daikon, then dip in fish sauce. Yummm

I had a deceased friend who lived in Juno, Alaska. In the last 15 years of his life, he was travelling nonstop to all over the world. I am not surprised if the had travelled over a hundred nations. He also went to VN and enjoyed VN culture and foods. If you can, go visit VN. The expense of trips to go to countries like VN, Thailand, Philippines,... not high at all. The food costs in Alaska is very high to places like VN and even other parts in the US. You can get your money worth as much as possible. I'm planning to go there myself soon.

I missed the days of hotel Sofitel Sunday buffets only usd 25. 😂 the standard luxury fare for a fraction of the exorbitant prices we pay in Singapore. Foie gras (the authentic goose version), not the duck crap we eat these days (it’s really harsh even when you eat duck or half duck half goose) that everyone makes it sustainable reasons. Just an example of the good old days.😊

Nikko is a beautiful hotel. Stayed there and their breakfast were amazing. The hotel location is a bit in a less desire district, making walking around not as lively compare to staying in district 1.

Mr. Lee, I can see why you chose to visit Vietnam. It seems like you knew that Vietnam has all these beautiful big hotels with all these seafood buffets 😂 Hong Kong have many big hotels too. Now I am wondering whether or not the big Hong Kong hotels have seafood buffets too. I can tell you that the East Coast in the USA do have big hotels, but there are no buffets much less seafood buffets 😫 In this seafood buffet you have the Singapore lobster plus the crab and cheese oyster served to you, but you can still get more lobsters yourself when you went to the buffet for the other items, and that is great for those big eaters who can eat 4 or more lobsters, haha!! There are mussels, octopus, oysters, shrimp, pasta with cheese, lotus cake, seafood spring rolls, scallops, thin beef slices, potatoe and a tomato plus an unexpected lobster at the table are awesomely delicious food. You also have salmon, lotus root and shrimp cake, and another unexpected item abalone. You passed the sushi for a change. Lots of different cakes for desserts. You passed the fruits, and went for the desserts in a glass. Oh wait, you got the salmon sushi so my hearing is bad😃

Tim, when you receive a bunch of plates would it be possible to put a couple of items from the plates with just one or two items onto one plate..🤔This would give you a lot more room on the table. They have pho but only breakfasts. I stayed there 2018 was awesome
