Having authentic food in a restaurant inside that said country is still authentic.. it’s usually better on the street because they cook it or assemble it on demand while a buffet has to cut corners. If it’s a rather simple dish, they don’t even need to cut corners so it’s a vietnamese dish in vietnam.. it can’t get more authentic than this lol
