Archie Moore's USED to be the best, and regulars still often stand by it, but once they started selling sauce in stores, quality hasn't held up. The real best in the state is J Timothy's Tavern. Hands down.

Went on a business trip to help with a project last year to the area. All the local co-workers kept saying “go to J Tim’s!”. I said damn, you aren’t messing around with this place! It was a half hour drive from my hotel, but worth it as they were the best wings I’ve had at a restaurant, hands down.

You should do The Yarde Tavern in Enfield for their wings/ menu. Outside of classic Bidwell Tavern they had the best juiciest wings I've tried in the past year or two.

Wtf...how hard is it for someone to spray chemicals onto the table. They must be spraying that shit in midair. Also yes the chemicals are safe to spray on tables.. its likely just sanitizer. As long as it doesn't get on food. In restaurants in the back the dish cleaning goes like this, soap and hot water, rise, and sanitize in a large tub for about I'd say a min. Assuming you have one of the giant industrial self cleaning tubs and shit that i do at school(I'm a student at a technical high-school, my shop Is culinary arts)

The episode of Fresh Prince of Belair when Will talks about philly cheese steaks he says the best one are from somewhere. Talking about them being so greasy you could almost see through the bag. So your opinion on greasy seems off to me. Many places don't do the peppers like they should. I bet there was onions even though you couldn't smell them. I like mushrooms on mine. But taste and opinions vary. Also I am not a fan of many wing flavors. I am a parmasean and garlic and buffalo. But my tastes are dull.

Like 90% of restaurants are a bit off right now just from pandemic turnover and staffing issues. They are also dealing with supply issues and might not be using the same quality of ingredients as the could get previously. I feel like reviews post covid should have an * until things get somewhat settled down.

I think these problems are valid, but there is a disparity in areas affected now in 2022. I don't know about Daym's area in particular, though. Some places in metropolitan areas are pretty much almost back to full pre-covid function, whereas lower population density areas definitely witnessed the fall of the hospitality industry more. In the case of this restaurant, I'm not sure if it was a recent issue. I have no experience with this restaurant, but from the comments on this video, it seems that people were pulling away from it even pre-covid? The staffing and supply issue may have exacerbated existing problems.
