I'm a baker trainer at panera and that souffle isn't suppose to be closed like that cuz it stops the middle from being cooked properly so that's why it has that texture

@@DavidNgo86 it's the placement of the dough in the middle. We have to scoop this big amount of filling, then a scoop of asiago, and u fold the pastry edges down so the middle is open and shape like a plus sign which allows it to cook even in the middle

I grew up hating even loathing breakfast, now in my mid-late 20's it's my fav meal of the day tbh. You can do so much with breakfast as far as protein, starches, fruits, veg, and drinks as well as the delivery. Sandwiches, wraps, bowls, the works. I think him diving into family owned restaurants getting the dirty on breakfast would be awesome.

Use to love Panara but in the last few years their food quality went down a lot. It just seems no matter which one I'd go to food wasn't as good as it was prior to 2018. Always bagel with cream cheese can't remember the last time I used butter.

Panera is a place where you get your $$$ worth. Now I don't what Panera your eating, but every Panera I've went it slapped. I haven't had their breakfast, but the Cinnamon Crunch Bagel that my favorite. Daym, the sandwiches, the salads, the smoothies and the desserts have always been on point. When it comes to price you pay for what you get. These values meals everywhere is pricey. Gas is up so food going to be up.

I used to like their chicken salad sandwich, but the last 3 times I've gone, they've been cheating me out of the chicken salad. I opened one sandwich and there was literally a teaspoon of chicken salad. When I took it up to the counter, the mgr tried to brush it off as a mistake by a trainee. Then the next two times, I got the thinnest layers of salad that I've ever seen. For this amount of money, I can go to subway or something fancy at McD's.

Panera bread is overrated! I used to work there and let me tell you that every pastry,cookie and bagel comes in over night frozen then baked(nothing wrong with that). Yo Daym.....no one gets the white spread. Either honey walnut or strawberry is the way to go lol!

Panera used to be the go-to spot for bagels (we bought Philly cream cheese at the grocers), broccoli cheddar soup and sandwiches. Now they're pretty much only good for paying rent to the landlords. Sometime around 2018 they changed everything and it all went downhill. There are a few different places to get better bagels (shout out to Seize the Bagel) and you're better off making your own soup from a powdered mix.

I sometimes go, but I don’t go for breakfast like what Daym did in this video. It’s good if you get very hungry and need to devour something. Just make sure your teeth are in good condition if you go because while they have good bread, their bread is also a dental nightmare because of how hard it gets.
