While I don't necessarily dislike that, I think A Serbian Film tries too hard to actually give off a disturbing feeling. I see a movie like Hereditary as disturbing because it actually sticks with you and you remember those horrific moments in the movie so well just because how well done it was, but A Serbian Film doesn't really do that, and more or less fails to genuinely stick with me.
