Everything looked perfect! First, stuffed zucchini flowers are one of my absolute favorites. You can find them at a few spots by me, and I always love. Also, pink peppercorns are excellent. (Actually a dried berry) and another wonderful ingredient to work with. It all looks fantastic!

Absolutely! All of it was great food! Yeah, I don't believe I've had many stuffed zucchini flowers before, but I really enjoyed that example. It was simple, but delicious!

Of the Michelin star restaurants you went to in AMS, how would you rank them based on food and being more Dutch forward?

Zoldering felt the most Dutch to me, but I'm no expert. It's a close call between Zoldering and De Juwelier as having the best food. I really enjoyed them both, but Zoldering definitely had the best service.
