Thank you to Wayne and Franco for organising this. That was some good looking food, but boy was there a lot of it! It’s seriously impressive that DB Shack were able to cook that much and keep it tasting great. I like the look of those ribs! Dry rub is harder than others to keep the ribs from being, well, dry 😅, but it looks like they managed it! I like the sound of those bone marrow burgers too, and the Franco special! I don’t envy you guys for those wings though. You both turned an impressive shade of red. Pass the ice cream 😅. But I do always love a collab, and you both did great finishing so much food. Great job battling hiccups, headshakes, food drunkenness, and spice, and congratulations on the wins!! 🎉🎉

I like m dry, but when I sauce them I will use a more vinegar bbq sauce. That takes up the taste of the meat
