Stayed at Raffles, multiple times in the 1980s. It is a beautiful hotel. One of my favorite things to do, was to go to the Tiger Balm garden, and watch the peacocks prancing wild in the well maintained gardens. I never had a bad experience in Singapore and the food was excellent.

The only problems I had with AG1 is that they use the worst form of B12, which is cyanocobalamin. Approximately 30% of the human population cannot methylate cyanocobalamin due to an MTHFR mutation, which is what I was born with. The most bioavailable form of B12 in methylcobalamin. Also, AG1 loads up with ascorbic acid, which is only the outer layer of the vitamin-C complex.
