Stayed at Raffles, multiple times in the 1980s. It is a beautiful hotel. One of my favorite things to do, was to go to the Tiger Balm garden, and watch the peacocks prancing wild in the well maintained gardens. I never had a bad experience in Singapore and the food was excellent.

The only problems I had with AG1 is that they use the worst form of B12, which is cyanocobalamin. Approximately 30% of the human population cannot methylate cyanocobalamin due to an MTHFR mutation, which is what I was born with. The most bioavailable form of B12 in methylcobalamin. Also, AG1 loads up with ascorbic acid, which is only the outer layer of the vitamin-C complex.

At least in a round about way it is, since the people who first developed the practice of force feeding geese to increase liver fats were the Egyptians around 2500bc. Much to my surprise, though, it turned out Egyptians are sometimes regarded as being a Caucasian race, and though that classification is controversial, it does back up Kind's assertion. Wild, huh?
